Cathail Clarke

Cathail joined the Northern Ireland Biobank in 2025 as a Clerical Officer, bringing a strong background in communications, administration, digital media, and public engagement. Prior to joining NIB, he held roles in both the public and academic sectors, including as a Communications Officer at the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority, a Marketing Assistant at Queen’s Business School and a Digital Education Intern at the Centre for Educational Development. Cathail holds a BSc in Business Management with Placement from Queen’s University Belfast. His creative skillset and attention to detail support the operational and administrative functions of the Biobank.
